Sprouts

These tiny folk are special. They're typically female however there are males and their populist. And they specifically are for chakra Kundalini but their most precious and valuable gift is that they are capable of making any plants sprout and this is actually how they got their name. They would sit under flowers and watched as the rain fell and people would notice that as they sat there and the rain slowly faded the flowers and for lunch around them would soon start sprouting. They're very sacred to The Meadows and Wilds of the astral Realm if anyone catches you trying to harm one they will immediately try to do eye for an eye. These little Folk are not capable of harming or defending themselves and it's usually up to the bigger people in the wild and Meadows and natural Predators there to look after them. They get between 3 to 5 in tall.
